Our Guarantee

We guarantee that if you listen to any of our audio programs, you will be happier as a result. If you don’t find this to be the case, or you are unsatisfied for any reason, you may return them for a full refund. We stand behind our products and it is important to us that you are happy with your purchase.

CD Return Policy

Customer Satisfaction

If you are unhappy for any reason, you may return the product to us for a full refund for the product price.
Here’s what you need to know:

  • You have 30 days after we shipped the CD to return it.
  • Unfortunately, we cannot refund shipping charges and you are responsible for covering any return shipping charges.
  • Once we have received the CD, you can expect to see a refund via PayPal within 30 days. It is usually much quicker, but please allow this long before contacting us about your return.
  • Remember, because it is a CD, you can send it via media mail from the US Postal Service to save some money.

Click here to return a product you are not happy with and supply the following information:

  1. Your original order number
  2. The name of the CD you would like to return
  3. Why you would like to return the CD
  4. Your name, address, email address, and phone number

Defective CDs/Wrong Product

If your CD is defective we would also be happy to replace it for you. If you have the unfortunate experience of receiving a defective CD and would like to return it, here’s what you need to know:

  • We will be happy to send you a replacement CD as soon as we receive the original defective one.
  • Defective CDs must be returned to us within 30 days following the shipment date.
  • Because the defective CD is our error, you will not be charged shipping for the new CD; however, you are still responsible for the return shipping back to us.
  • Remember, because it is a CD, you can send it via media mail from the US Postal Service to save some money.

If you have decided that you would like to return your CD because it is defective or the wrong item, please email customerservice@vervante.com immediately with your order number and we’ll arrange for you to receive a replacement.

Digital Download Return Policy

If you are unhappy for any reason, please contact us for a full refund. Provide the following information:

  1. Your original order number
  2. The name of the digital download you would like to return
  3. The reason for you return. Did you change your mind? Did you already receive one as a gift from someone else? Whatever it is, simply let us know.
  4. Your contact information.
